We have a fundamental belief about every client – we must be partners first.  Everything must be transparent.  Everyone must be accountable.  To set the stage, you’ll experience the following:


  1. A one-on-one meeting where we familiarize ourselves with your business perspective.  This allows us to see if we can work together based on our personalities and our understanding of your environment.

  2. Explain to us your problem, your challenges, and how you’ve tried to address the issues.  What do you hope to gain from this initiative?

  3. We spend time on site to better understand your technology environment, the available resources, the existing infrastructure, and your stakeholders and their expectations.

  4. Based on the above, we’ll make preliminary recommendations including what we believe to be the relevant software along with the associated services and effort.  This allows you to determine if you are in a position to proceed or if more budgeting is required.

  5. Assuming the rough estimates are within range, greater definition is provided around essential deliverables, user and security configuration, success criteria and timelines.  This concludes with a formalized quote for your approval and for agreement on the objectives and effort involved.
